igrab88 Platform Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between igrab88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the igrab88 website located at igrab88.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or services provided thereunder.

igrab88 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform providing services including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, Sic Bo, sports betting (covering events such as EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, and esports), lottery, and arcade-style games. The Platform is designed primarily to serve users located in Malaysia and accepts transactions denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between igrab88 and its users.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the igrab88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. igrab88 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, nor be accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion arrangement, whether issued by igrab88 or any other gaming operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not already hold another active account on the igrab88 Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of the igrab88 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

4.1 Information Required

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name (as per MyKad or valid passport)
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• Preferred payment method details (e.g., bank account for Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank; or registered e-wallet number for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay)

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing a User's first withdrawal request, igrab88 will require the completion of a KYC verification process. You will be requested to submit scanned or photographed copies of acceptable identification documents, including your MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card) or a valid passport. igrab88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where deemed necessary.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. igrab88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify igrab88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

05 Terms of Use

By using the igrab88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that:

• All funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You will not use the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and accept that igrab88 bears no responsibility for any losses you incur through the use of the Platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical error, vulnerability, or system malfunction in the Platform for personal gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not sanctioned by igrab88.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

igrab88 currently accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX/DuitNow), CIMB (FPX/DuitNow), Public Bank (FPX/DuitNow), Hong Leong Bank (FPX/DuitNow), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). All MYR transactions are subject to a minimum deposit of RM30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

6.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically clear within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes for USDT TRC20 under standard network conditions.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied before withdrawal of Bonus Funds is permitted.
• Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the account's daily or weekly withdrawal limits as communicated in the User's account settings.
• The withdrawal destination (bank account, e-wallet, or crypto wallet) must be registered in the same name as the igrab88 account holder.
• igrab88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Estimated processing times for withdrawals are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5–30 minutes; bank transfers via DuitNow/FPX — typically 1–3 hours during business hours; USDT TRC20 — typically 15–45 minutes subject to network conditions. These are estimates only and not guarantees. igrab88 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

igrab88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time registrants who have not previously held an account on the Platform.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
• igrab88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Any suspected abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to collusion, matched betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
• Specific wagering requirements for each bonus offer are disclosed at the point of offer. For example, a "35x wagering requirement" means the combined Bonus Fund and deposit amount must be wagered 35 times before any withdrawal is permitted.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

igrab88 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and verifiably random gaming experience across all products. The following principles govern game conduct on the Platform:

• All digital casino games (slots, Sic Bo, baccarat, roulette, etc.) operate on independently certified RNG technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles and reflect theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed outcomes per session.
• Live dealer games are broadcast from regulated studios using verified equipment and trained professional dealers. igrab88 does not manipulate live game streams or outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by igrab88's trading team and reflect market conditions at the time of offer. Odds are subject to change prior to event commencement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sports event, igrab88 reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period. The decision of igrab88 in such matters is final.
• Game results are logged and stored securely. In the event of a dispute, igrab88's server records shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the igrab88 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Using any form of software, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated, systematic, or bad-faith wagering (including matched betting or bonus abuse).
• Facilitating, encouraging, or participating in collusion with other users in table games or live dealer formats.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing igrab88 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, design elements, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, game titles, and other intellectual property appearing on or associated with the igrab88 Platform are the exclusive property of igrab88 or its licensed third-party providers. This includes but is not limited to: the igrab88 brand name and logo, game artwork, game mechanics, website design, promotional materials, and all written content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of igrab88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, igrab88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred by a User as a result of their participation in gambling activities on the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond igrab88's reasonable control (including but not limited to server outages, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service provider failures).
• Loss of data or content associated with a User's account.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit igrab88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

igrab88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or longer.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Detection that the account is being accessed from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method after satisfactory completion of outstanding verification requirements.

Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting igrab88 customer support via live chat. Self-requested account closures will be actioned within 48 hours.

13 Responsible Gambling

igrab88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire user base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered igrab88 users and may be activated via account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum loss you may incur over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account from gambling activity for a minimum period of 6 months.

14 Amendments to These Terms

igrab88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, igrab88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users through the Platform or via registered email address.

Continued use of the igrab88 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which igrab88 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact igrab88 through the official customer support channels to seek an amicable resolution.

igrab88 will endeavour to respond to and resolve any disputes raised through official channels within 10 business days. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, igrab88 reserves the right to refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under which it operates.

Users from Malaysia are reminded that online gambling regulations vary and it is the User's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction.
